We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.
This role requires a blend of receptionist duties, administrative support, and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and possess strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Manager incoming emails, texts, website and social media leads.
- Facilitate communication with sales team and production teams.
- Manage team/company calendars via scheduling and time management - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support - Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence - Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks - Assist with marketing projects as assigned - Set Appointments for Sales and Executives with referral partners.
- Managing the database and follow up calls to potential clients - Ordering of both supplies for in the office and the offsite jobs Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to type accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with roofing is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-paced environment where your skills will be valued.
