Qualifications:
Customer service, cashiering or bank teller experience preferred.
Must be proficient in data entry with the ability to work between multiple windows and PC applications.
Must be detail oriented.
Duties:
Receive and log credit card and cash payments from auto loan customers and balance receipts at the end of each shift.
Various administrative and receptionist duties as needed such as faxing and filing.
Answer and direct calls from a multi-line phone system.
Data entry and customer service.
Assist the supervisor and staff as directed.
Must have top-notch customer service skills and the ability to remain calm during busy times.
Hours:
9am-7 pm M-F with availability for rotating Saturdays 9am-7pm.
Execute title clerical functions to financial and legal departments.
Process and verify financial and legal documents of vehicles to finalize sales deals.
Prepare legal transfer documents to submit to the state motor vehicles department.
Verify and analyze free-and-clear title issues, odometer reading and VIN number.
Process and verify incoming titles accurately to transfer to buyers.
Answer and respond to customers courteously on all issues relating to titles.
Deliver titles to the purchasers or purchasing dealer.
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures in title clerical activities.
Ensure compliance of state, federal or local laws in processing title Job Type:
