- Our Inside Sales Coordinator will earn a 30k base +commission and receive excellent benefits which include:

This is an excellent opportunity for growth for the right candidate! - JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Initiate outbound calls in an attempt to generate revenue Obtain information which withheld the customer from purchasing through customer contacts Negotiate contracts and pricing Manage schedules for rehash appointment follow ups Meet all the key performance indicators Continuously follow up with customers if unsuccessful with a one call close attempt Value every rehash lead opportunity through proactive contacting each lead Build customer rapport by selling company value - QUALIFICATIONS Proven track record of success in an inbound or outbound sales role Dedicated to providing superior customer service Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiating skills Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-pace, deadline driven, multi-discipline, structured environment Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical (preferred) Drug test and background check - READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
